Now you can offer your customers even better service by allowing them to choose where they want to pick up their packages. The function works with both Swedish and international freight companies, enabling you to provide the service to end customers in a large part of the world's key markets.
When the customer is at checkout and has filled in their postal code, they will be able to choose where the package should be picked up. A dropdown menu will display available pickup locations.
Benefits of optional pickup location
CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Being able to choose the pickup location themselves can facilitate pickup for many customers.
COST EFFECTIVE. Once the connection is installed, you only pay a low monthly fee based on how much the module is used.
FLEXIBLE. As an administrator, you can set which shipping methods optional pickup location should be available for. For example, you can choose to allow it for Postnord MyPack while restricting it for Postnord Business Package.
