Suport technician in e-commerce
Askås support helps our customers daily with support and advice and the department is largely our face to the outside world. As a support technician, you assist Askås customers with large and small issues and are involved in both support and development.
You will be part of a team with other support technicians where you both work together and more independently. Daily customer contact is a large part of the assignment. We therefore place great emphasis on your social skills and that you like to deliver high service to our customers.
The position involves management and technical support via telephone and our internal support system. Web programming, troubleshooting, correction and various development assignments are also a part of the job.
Askås is looking for you who have a positive attitude, ability to create good relationships with people around you and enjoy working in groups. You are social and possess good communication skills and are used to working service-oriented. You can meet all our different customers in a flexible and professional way. We see that you are the initiator and that you approach the work in a non-prestigious way as the role includes tasks of varying nature and complexity.
You have knowledge in:
• Linux and Apache
• Perl, PHP or similar
• MySQL/database management
• HTML5, CSS
• Web and its architectureWe consider it a merit if you have previous experience of similar work.
You have a technical background and we are happy to see that you have post-secondary education in computer or systems science.
Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, are a requirement for the position.
